Medium to long term initiative aimed at driving permanent/long lasting lifestyle changes amongst your staff.

Taking a longer-term view of the investment wellbeing in your organisation makes it easier to measure your ROI. Starting a programme with a health and wellbeing assessment via individual health checks, an employee feedback survey, absenteeism, and long-term sick records, for example, means we have a baseline to track progress against. 

Depending on the needs identified, we can then develop a series of initiatives over the course of six months to a year to improve the key markers of organisational wellbeing. This may include, webinars, workshops, wellness weeks, 121 consultations. These can then be revisited with further measurement at the end of the programme. 

All individual information remains confidential with a summary produced at the organisation level.
