A week-long series of varied activities to kick start your company’s desire to create a healthier and more productive workforce.

Wellness weeks do not have to last a week, they can last a day, a week, a month or more. The concept is the key. This is all about allocating a set time frame (maybe a week) where multiple wellbeing recommendations can be distributed via a host of activities and a sense of collective team building can be forged.

We have a tried and tested programme or we can create a bespoke suite of activities to achieve goals that are specifically designed to meet your business’ needs.

We can design multiple collateral to help you to promote your own personally designed bespoke wellness week.

There is a World Wellbeing Week at the end of June each year. We can tie your schedule in to coincide, but of course there is no wrong week throughout the year to focus on your company’s wellbeing.
